Lease Portfolio and Funding due Diligence
Based on parameters agreed upon for each specific facility, Stonebridge Solutions performs due diligence on an ongoing basis as the leasing company’s portfolio grows. Covenants are monitored and reported accordingly.
Security Maintenance
Communication and file transfers are securely managed through SharePoint’s encrypted portal, ensuring that all data is protected. Physical items requiring additional security (such as original documents) are stored securely in offsite fire-proof safes.
Credit and Lease Portfolio Report Review
Each facility portfolio is reviewed and analyzed on a monthly basis, based on pre-determined criteria.
